Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms apply to any services you purchase from GoNextLevel Digital Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company Registration Number 16117320) with its registered address at Peer Road, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to GoNextLevel Digital Limited, and "you" refers to the customer subscribing to our services.
2. Our services
We provide marketing, CRM and website services on a recurring monthly subscription. The specific features included depend on the plan you choose (e.g. Starter, Growth, Pro or stand-alone services) and are described on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe.
3. Fees, billing and setup
Setup fees (where applicable) are payable before build work begins. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance from the date your service goes live and recur every month until cancelled. All prices are in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is paid directly by you to the relevant platform.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice by email. Your service will remain active during the notice period and end at the next billing date after that period. Setup fees and fees already paid for the current billing month are non-refundable.
5. What's included in ongoing support
Your monthly plan includes maintenance and minor updates to the system we build for you (bug fixes, small copy or configuration tweaks, and troubleshooting). Larger scopes — additional pages, new automations or redesigns — are quoted separately.
6. Ownership and data
Your website and CRM are hosted on our platform as part of your subscription. Your business data (contacts, content, media) remains yours and can be exported on request before cancellation. Access to the hosted system ends when your subscription ends.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests for content and approvals, and use the services in compliance with UK law and the terms of any connected third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, WhatsApp).
8. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific commercial results such as a particular number of leads or sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months immediately before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England & Wales.
